Warranty and maintenance
Product and workmanship warranty is provided and subject to the manufacturer’s policies described in the Product Warranty Guide. For warranty and maintenance services, the customer can contact the warranty service provider directly to obtain the required service according to the regulations.
Advanced Sports Company will provide the best after-sales services to its customers and ensure the provision of spare parts with manufacturing quality in line with the provisions of the Ministry of Commerce as follows:
1. Commitment to guarantee the quality of electronic devices for two years
2 . Repair time a maximum of 14 days from the date of the maintenance request (not including the time required to provide the required spare parts)
The request for a spare part takes 14 days from the date of requesting the part
4 . Commitment to guarantee the quality of maintenance for a period of 30 days.
5 . Obligation to respond to customer complaints, provide the required data, inform the customer of the progress of the complaint within 5 days, and respond finally to the complaint within a period not exceeding 30 days.
6 . The shelf life varies for each product and the customer should consult the product manual or contact the agent for details. .
7 . There is a visitation fee for maintenance after the end of the warranty period.
8 . The warranty covers repair or replacement of spare parts free of charge in the event of a factory defect and does not mean replacing the product or refunding its value, with the exception of malfunctions resulting from:
1 – Misuse of the product or non-compliance with the instructions contained in the product manual or the instructions referred to in the Internet and digital pages when activating the device.
2 – Fractures, blows, cuts, or exposure of the product to external factors such as liquids, moisture, or high temperature
3- Attempts at repair or maintenance by unauthorized agents, or the use of spare parts not approved by the Standards Authority.
4 – Delete files or partitions from the hard disk.
5- If the serial numbers have been tampered with or changed.
Important note: Maintenance visits under warranty are free only in the main cities of Riyadh, any request outside Riyadh will be charged an additional fee for the cost of the logistics team, or the customer can ship the equipment by him to Riyadh.
