Exchange and return policy

In the event of cancellation before shipment:

The request is canceled by opening a ticket by contacting customer service to add the request data and customer data, and a response will be made within two working days for cancellation.

In the event of cancellation after shipment:

The order is canceled by opening a ticket by communicating with customer service and mentioning the customer’s data and order details. A response will be made within two working days, and shipping fees will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

In the event of cancellation of the order after the receipt process:

The order is canceled for products in their new condition only that have not been used, and the return is through:

1- Delivering the products to the branch.

2 – Make a return policy of 50 riyals in the event that we received the product from the customer’s home.

3 – Shipping the products through a shipping company.

* Terms of return and exchange:

The original invoice must be attached to the application.

– Products must be in their original condition upon purchase and delivery, wrapped in their original packaging.

– The return takes place within 3 working days and the exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.

– Retrieving the request to be replaced or returned, it is verified and its condition, then it is returned or replaced with a new request within 3 working days.

The refund amount will be transferred within 14 working days.

– When returning sports equipment, the installation and delivery fees are deducted from the total value of the returned item in the event that the device is delivered installed, provided that it is in the same condition in which it was delivered.

– Exchange or return does not apply to promotional offers.
